	When operating on battery power and the battery level drops below ~20% on a MacBook Pro or MacBook Air, macOS will decrease 10/25G Ethernet transmit performance in order to conserve battery life for the laptop. This also occurs when macOS Low Power Mode is active.

	You may have HPVelocity installed on your machine. There is an issue with the LiveQoS filter driver that causes the crash. You can either: - uninstall HPVelocity using the settings->Apps & features menu - disable “ Large Send Offload” in the device manager->network adapters->Solo 10G driver “ advanced” tab.
